Comr. Ferguson Okpara hails from Amasiri town, Afikpo North, Ebonyi state. He is a lover of Education and has a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. 

Comr. Ferguson Okpara is a philanthropist with the best humanitarian and industrial foundation known as Shiloh's Grace of Success Foundation which he has used to equip and empower the young and the married ladies with the aim of making them to be industrious. His foundation has produced over 135 certified women whom are specialized in making of Soaps, Soya milk, Detergents, Ice cream, Cake, Yoghurt, perfume amongst other life enhancing activities which has today made them independent, an entrepreneur and employers of labour. 

In the same light, Comr. Ferguson Okpara is a man endowed with wisdom, God's grace and strength to serve the public, which he has utilized so much in contributing his own quota to societal Development through handling of many important positions. 

Below are the positions he has to his credits. 

* Former president National Association of Amasiri Students, Ebonyi State.

**Former Secretary National Association of Afikpo Undergraduates. 

*** President South East Solidarity Youth Assembly (2005-2007)

**** Former All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA) National Youth Leader. 

***** Current President Association of Non-indigenes in Anambra State. 

***** C. E. O Shiloh's Grace of Success Foundation amongst others. 

Furthermore, Having been the Leader of APGA Youths for over 3 years where he governed over 2 million Youths Nationwide, he never neglected the complaints and cries of Non-indigenes youths. After his service as National president of APGA youths, he saw the need of integrating all Non-indigenes and those who cannot trace their ancestral home in the State to have one voice. Hence, he solicited the supports of many Non-indigenes in the state and with some paper works he formed Association of Non-indigenes in Anambra State (ANIAS) on the 15th day of March 2016. Today, one can beat his chest to say that ANIAS is working because one of the notable achievement the Association has recorded is the current slashing of huge tax levy by the Governor of the State on low income earners which 85% of Non-indigenes are among the category. 

Finally, it is crystal clear to the blind and audible to the deaf that the Brain behind ANIAS is a life achiever, the "Joshua" of our time and a man whom God is using to wipe out tears on the faces of his children.
