Fire Blast In New Market, Owerri
On the 27th of December, 2016 there was a serious fire blast in Owerri (new market Douglas road). According to our correspondent the fire started around 1pm in a shop of a business man who locked his shop to supply goods to his customers while his phone was locked inside.The residents in the area noticed the fire through a smoke coming out from the roof of the building. Currently no harms has been notified expect the goods of the shop owner was set ablaze.
